"APPEAL FROM COASTAL PERMIT DECISION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT" Summary list of the twenty-two appeals received by Coastal Commission as of 6-27-05 NOTE: Dan Carl, Coastal Commission Staff Planner, advised that only County approvals of PLN010254 and PLN010341 are appealable. The County's action on PLN040160 (modifying conditions of approval of PC-5040 and PC-5405 - Sawmill Barrow site) is not a coastal permit action because such changes are changes to the Coastal Commission's Spanish Bay coastal permit and must come through the Coastal Commission Staff office directly.
